- All shipping items are shipped in safety packing in durable, tamper-proof packaging.
- All products are insured during transit.
- The estimated delivery time for orders is 2 to 7 working days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, your location, and the selected shipping method.

5. International Shipping:
- We currently offer shipping within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
6. Delivery Process:
= Delivery is made only to the identified recipient
= At the time of delivery, the recipient must show original proof;
= Passport
= Voter ID
= Driving License
= Pan card
= The Courier agent will verify and note identity details for security purposes.
7. Delivery Attempts:
- If you are unavailable to receive your package at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will make additional attempts to deliver your order.
- In case of failed delivery attempts, the carrier may leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange for re-delivery or pickup.
- If still undelivered, the product will be returned to Silverbux.in the Salem facility.
