  • To expedite the return process, we may request clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective item.

3. Return Procedure:

  • Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Process:
  • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will initiate the refund process within 2 to 5 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
